Renown photographer Sean Lee Davis turned filmmaker approached Niall Phelan to co-produce his concept for the Estée Lauder launch of their Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipstick with a story featuring Hong Kong actress and model Jennifer Tse Ting-Ting. Using a vintage car, horse riding, a speed boat, super slow mo filming and low attitude aerials over moving traffic and water.
