The documentary covers: An Introduction to Champagne and terroir, 1996 Vintage at Gramercy Tavern with Chef Michael Anthony, and Fine & Rare vintages from the cellar of legendary collector Robert Rosania at Le Bernardin with three-star Michelin Chef Eric Ripert. All lead by the guiding light of Richard Juhlin. Famed for having tasted over 8,000 champagnes and penning such best selling books as the comprehensive Champagne Guide.
